Black Cobain is coming from out of VA and is often spotted with Wale and the Board of Administration crew. Cobain has built a strong following within the DMV area but he looks to expand with his new mixtape Perfect Contradiction. This mixtape is a follow up to Cobain previous work Cheers that was considered one of the highlight mixtapes to come out of the DMV when it originally dropped.
